Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Caddie Hospitality LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the MAKINGS iPhone application and related support services.
The short version
MAKINGS is designed to keep your work and income records under your control. The app does not require an account and does not send your recorded income, job names, notes, goals, tags, or work history to a MAKINGS server.
Information stored on your device
Information you enter into MAKINGS is stored locally in the app’s storage on your device. Your device or Apple backup services may handle that information according to your Apple and device settings. You control any files you choose to export or share.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple may provide transaction status and aggregated business information through App Store Connect so the app can recognize access and we can understand subscription performance.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and diagnostic details. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, protect the service, and improve MAKINGS.
Analytics and advertising
The current MAKINGS app does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell personal information. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before the change applies.
Retention and deletion
You can delete individual records within the app or remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device, subject to any device backups you control. Support emails are retained only as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Children
MAKINGS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as MAKINGS evolves. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
