Using MAKINGS
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the MAKINGS iPhone application provided by Caddie Hospitality LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using MAKINGS, you agree to these terms.
What MAKINGS provides
MAKINGS is a personal organization tool for recording income, workdays, jobs, goals, notes, tags, projections, and related information. Features may change as the product develops.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for maintaining appropriate device security and backups, and for reviewing any calculations before relying on them.
Not financial, tax, legal, or employment advice
MAKINGS provides organizational estimates and projections only. It does not provide professional financial, accounting, tax, legal, investment, or employment advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions requiring that advice.
Free access, preview, and Pro
MAKINGS may offer free features, a promotional Pro preview, and optional paid Pro subscriptions. A preview identified as requiring no payment method will not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Paid subscription pricing, duration, and available features are shown in the app before purchase.
Apple purchases and cancellation
Subscriptions are processed through your Apple Account and may automatically renew unless canceled through Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Billing questions and eligible refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies.
Your records
Ending Pro access does not authorize us to intentionally delete your existing entries, jobs, tags, notes, or history. Certain Pro-only views or creation limits may become unavailable while your records remain stored locally.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse MAKINGS, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
Availability and warranties
MAKINGS is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that estimates and projections will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caddie Hospitality LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of MAKINGS, including decisions based on user-entered records, estimates, or projections.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
